Since customer service is for him, a real pleasure, Daniel became very proficient in understanding the needs of the client and in offering the best solution to satisfy these needs. Sales and customer service become second nature for Daniel, a real passion. After refining his competencies through professional sales training, Daniel opened two car dealerships by the age of 25. He has received many sales awards as well as the award for best client satisfaction for Mazda in Quebec. His interest for commercialization brings him, in 1995, to collaborate in projects and in the fine-tuning of methods in many avant-garde enterprises in management and technologies. After that, Daniel focuses his activities in commercialization, the essence of his passion. Through dbcom, Daniel Blanchette shares his competencies to support managers in the achievement of their sales objectives, as well as generating durable, sane and profitable client relations. Role at CSVA Conference: Presentation - Value Analysis at the Heart of Experiential Marketing Value Analysis at the Heart of Experiential MarketingThe actual competitive context forces the enterprises to continuously refine their position in regards with their clients and to improve even more their relation with them. Since an operational approach does not fulfill the clients expectations anymore, the enterprises now look at experiential marketing and develop an approach that considers the power of the clients. In a technico-commercial environment constantly becoming more and more complex, value analysis is a required methodology for all managers desiring a constant and durable increase in their revenues. Value analysis helps in defining a new strategic space and identify means to ensure a memorable experience for the clients, as well as facilitating the management of time constraints. The presentation will define the steps of a commercialization dynamic process for innovative products and services:

He has also held the position of judge in the prestigious Grands prix québécois de la qualité (Quebec Quality Awards) as well as being an expert and chief assessor. Role at CSVA Conference: Presentation - Integrated Computerized Tools to Efficiently Manage the Development of New Products Integrated Computerized tools to efficiently manage the development of new productsOne of the major challenges in the product development cycle is the integration of the different used methodologies in such a way as to capitalize on the information generated (Knowledge Management). There are integrated tools that allow to manage and integrate these different methodologies (Stage Gate, Design For Six Sigma, etc.), to integrate engineering solutions through the PLM and to ensure that the data are coherent. Also, they help in following up on actions and on their state of advancement. With these tools, the companies that use them are more efficient and they can generate more revenues much more quickly (time reduction of the development cycle) with more robust concepts. Thus, inside a same design, it is possible to link the methodologies such as functional analysis, value analysis, risk analysis, optimization and creativity. For example, with one click of the mouse, you can now manage:
The traceability of the engineering evolution is applicable not only to documents buts also on all the data 9 complete history of all changes management). Finally, due to the concept of cumulative data, it is possible to obtain a database of evolving knowledge (company standards) on the different family of products and thus capitalize on this knowledge. With a learning organization, there is no use to reinvent the wheel. |
