Title : Performing Facilitation of workshops

Description: This training session is approved by SAVE international and is mandatory to obtain the CVS certification. The training will be done in French.
 

Content: The goal of this training session is to help those who are starting to facilitate workshops become better facilitators and avoid errors and pitfalls that can ruin a workshop.

The attendees will learn:

  • required knowledge and skills of a good facilitator
  • personal and facilitation know-how
  • the different roles of a facilitator
  • how to interact with a cofacilitator
  • how to manage conflicts and difficult cases
  • how to use many different tools
