Mushtaq Rabbi is an architect, a Registered Professional Planner (RPP), a Certified Value Specialist (CVS®), and a trainer of Value Methodology, accredited by SAVE International, USA. Mushtaq also holds a Professional in Value Management (PVM®) designation from Value For Europe. He is a certified practitioner of Management of Portfolio (MoP™), Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®), PRINCE2® project management method, and Management of Risk (MoR®) by AXELOS Global Best Practice, UK. His professional career spans over 25 years in the public and private sectors.
Mushtaq holds a Bachelor’s in Architecture from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology, and a Master’s in Urban Planning from McGill University, Montreal. He has been a Director of the Board of Value Analysis Canada since 2011 and the immediate past president of this organization.
SteVE is an experienced VM specialist and facilitator who grew MTO's VE program into the most successful public agency VE program in Canada. He has applied Value Analysis, Risk Analysis, and Decision Analysis techniques to infrastructure, strategic planning, policy, and decision support. He has been recognized within government and by Value Societies for his accomplishments in innovation, risk analysis and value management.
Amin Sarang, PhD, P.Eng.,PMP, is a seasoned Civil Engineering expert specializing in Value Methodology and Analysis. With a PhD in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineer (PEng) designation from Ontario's Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO), Amin boasts extensive expertise.
He's a dedicated member of Value Analysis Canada (VAC) and a Board Member since 2018, recognized for his contributions. Holding MOD I & II and prestigious VMA certificates from SAVE-International, he's actively pursuing CVS (Certified Value Specialist) certification.
With 20+ years in Civil projects, Amin's global impact includes advancing Value Engineering, training over 2000 professionals, and leading cost-saving Value Engineering workshops. His project management spans diverse mixed-use urban developments.
Amin currently directs Land Service Group (LSG Partners), actively working Ontario's land development. His unwavering commitment to optimization and collaboration defines his industry influence.

Professor Scarbrough has been at Brock since 1995 and has held several positions in the Faculty of Business. Prior appointments include Boston University and Bentley University. International teaching experience includes Waseda University [Tokyo] and Linnaeus University [Sweden].
Rakesh currently works for Metrolinx, an agency of the Government of Ontario. Previously, he worked for the Ministry of Transportation, Ontario for over 13 years. Rakesh has served on the Council of Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO), board of Engineers Canada and was appointed to the board of The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited (FBCL), as part of the recent Governor in Council (GIC) appointments made by the Government of Canada.
Rakesh also served as the membership director of the Greater Michigan Chapter of SAVE International and has been involved in the Value Society SAVE International.
